Jawtone Facial Fitness GumI know that jaw exercises are becoming increasingly popular for strengthening the face and jaw and have watched many videos on the subject. I think this gum could really be a great way to work towards those goals since regular gum is usually recommended. I was a little surprised at how tough the gum was to chew at first and had some mild concerns about my dental work but it all worked out in the end. I followed the directions that came with gum and I did notice some soreness the next day. I think that over time this gum would definitely add some strength and bulk to yoir jaw muscles.

Ngl, it kind of hurt my teeth. Once you get through the initial chew, it's a little easier to manage…but still very tough

That is OK though, as I did not buy it for the taste but for the jaw and facial workout. It definitely does the job 💪!I have been using it for about a month now, 5 times a week, and the results are noticeable. I also find it easier to eat my partners over cooked food 😂 😂When using it, you cannot only feel your jawline, but other parts of your face especially when you try the recommended exercises.I was skeptical at first about buying it since I thought it was expensive💲 in comparison to normal gum, but it is not really gum, more like individual mint jawline training cubes with no cleaning required.I will definitely keep on using this and highly recommend it.

This is a much more natural form of jawline exercise than the usual rubber devices.
I have used a few different kinds of the other products and they are all effective but inconvenient.
This gum couldn’t be easier and you also have the advantage of being able to work your jaw in public without looking like an idiot.
The gum itself is typically minty but the flavour disappears very quickly but you aren’t doing this for the taste. The gum is very tough which is the point. After about 20-30 minutes you will certainly feel it.
The kit also comes with a little exercise regime card that you can follow if you prefer.
So far I think I have to say that this product is my favorite form of jawline exercise to date.

I found it challenging, as I bit the inside of my cheek several times, so it requires caution. The taste is strong initially but fades quickly. It's not necessarily for flavor enjoyment, but rather for the jaw workout. If you can tolerate chewing this gum for 10-15 minutes, it might be suitable for you. While I wish the flavor lasted longer, I'll definitely purchase it again for its intended purpose.
So firstly I really like to the little tin it comes in and the fact the item is in a sealed bag for hygiene which other do not so great start.
I really liked the look of this compared to the other types which have 2 separate sections

They are just the right amount of sweetness and they LAST.After chewing these for a while, I definitely feel the workout on my jaw.I highly recommend these, along with mewing, to change the shape of the jaw.

JawTone Hard gum 3M SupplyGood gum, the flavour is not overbearing like other gums. I have been chewing 25 times on one side of my jaw and 25 times on the other with a break in between and I can really feel the diffrence after only 2 weeks. I need longer to see the results but so far so good.

The manufacturer was not joking at all when stating this is a hard gum, with first initial bite it was similar to trying to bite into very hard taffy. After about 5-10 vigorous chews it does soften up a little bit. The taste is similar to trident mint gum
